The White House just released a blueprint for a new AI Bill of Rights, to govern the design, use, and deployment of AI across the country. It covers a lot of topics, but mainly focuses on the following five principles:

1. Safe and Effective Systems

2. Algorithmic Discrimination Protections

3. Data Privacy

4. Notice and Explanation

5. Human Alternatives, Consideration, and Fallback
